What to Expect
Is there paperwork that needs to be filled out?
There is a simple intake form that you should fill out and bring with you to your first session. This will help us determine the settings for your custom session. Please print and fill out our new client paperwork prior to your visit.
How do I prepare for the session?
We recommend that you drink 100oz of water for 3 days prior to your session. Eat a clean diet and try to abstain from unnecessary drugs and alcohol.
What do I wear?
Comfortable clothing with no metal. Jewelry will need to be removed. You will not be wearing your shoes so socks are in order.
How long does it last?
You will recline in a zero-gravity chair inside the chamber for 40 minutes enveloped in light and sound. After which there is an 10 minute integration period of silence.
How many sessions do I need?
For chronic issues 4-10 session are suggested. (More than one set of sessions may be beneficial.) For anxiety, stress, depression etc. we recommend 3-4 sessions. For spiritual/meditation sessions, come as desired.
What will I feel when I'm inside the Egg?
You will be able to see the inside of the chamber. It will feel enveloping. Your body will be wrapped in sound. The music is chosen to be in harmony with your intent for the session. The lights glow gently. You will not feel claustrophobic but if you are worried about it, there is a door chime that will call us and we will stop the session.

Most feel peaceful and positive as they come out of the Egg. Immediately following the session it is important to stay in a quite space away from chaos. Again we recommend that you drink 100oz of water for 7 days following your session. This will assist with detox and help remove toxins from the body. You may potentially have body odor as your body cleanses.
Can more than one person be in the Egg at the same time?
There is a single zero-gravity chair inside the egg. However an adult can hold a child in their lap for a session. Children need less time than adults. Infants and children generally respond very well to the environment.
